Aromasin
Aromasin, also known as Exemestane, is an aromatase inhibitor commonly used in both medical and bodybuilding contexts. It works by blocking the enzyme aromatase, which is responsible for converting testosterone into estrogen. This helps to lower estrogen levels in the body, making it particularly useful for individuals who experience estrogen-related side effects from anabolic steroid use, such as gynecomastia (male breast tissue growth) and water retention.

In medical settings, Aromasin is used to treat hormone-sensitive breast cancer in postmenopausal women. In bodybuilding, it is often used during or after a steroid cycle to prevent estrogenic side effects and support the body’s hormonal balance. Aromasin is considered more effective than some other aromatase inhibitors, such as Arimidex, because it irreversibly binds to the aromatase enzyme. While it is generally well-tolerated, side effects may include joint pain, fatigue, and mood changes.
